CURRENCY, DUTIES & TAXES
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all currency, duties and taxes policies before purchase and therefore agree to these terms when ordering through Dough Boutique.
All prices indicated and payments processed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
For orders being shipped within Australia, prices displayed on this site are inclusive of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax).
For orders being shipped outside Australia, Australian GST is removed from the order price.
Please Note: Pre-payment of duties and taxes is not available. Shipments will be sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and any additional charges for custom clearance will be payable by you upon arrival in your country. This will be noted in the checkout process.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict what the amount of duties and taxes your package/s will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.
For more information, please contact your local customs office. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
We accept payment through Paypal only.
Please note that if you wish to use Mastercard, VISA or direct deposit this can be done through Paypal.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For shipping within Australia DOUGH BOUTIQUE use Australian Registered Post.
$18 on all Australian orders.
Expected delivery is within 2 – 5 Business days.
$40 on all Australian orders.
Guaranteed delivery within 1 – 3 Business days.
Please Note: Delivery timeframes supplied by DOUGH BOUTIQUE is a best estimate only and DOUGH BOUTIQUE will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
For shipping to countries outside of Australia DOUGH BOUTIQUE use DHL International Express Service or FedEx International Express for most countries.
$25 on all orders shipped outside of Australia.
Expected delivery is within 8-21 days (dependent upon country of shipment).
$50 on all orders shipped outside of Australia.
Guaranteed delivery within 4-12 (dependent upon country of shipment).
Please Note: When orders shipped internationally reach your country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. DOUGH BOUTIQUE advise that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes as all deliveries must be signed for. Therefore please ensure that your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
All orders will then be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days.
In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com
Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address with your unique tracking number. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
ITEM CANCELLATION DUE TO ERROR OR AVAILABILITY
In the event that;
A sold-out item has been purchased; OR
A product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake
DOUGH BOUTIQUE reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either 1) the product to you again at the correct price/and or with the correct information 2) a suitable replacement or 3) a full refund (whichever is most applicable).
If you have been charged for the purchase, DOUGH BOUTIQUE will immediately refund the total amount debited.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available.
If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your order has already been shipped, DOUGH BOUTIQUE accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

Dough Boutique guarantees the authenticity of every item sold, every item has been check by our experts to ensure that all items are authentic. Upon receiving your item you will receive a card stating that this item has been check and has our guarantee
DOUGH BOUTIQUE accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. We will happily provide a full refund, or a size swap if you have chosen the wrong size.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
We are happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange where goods meet ALL of the below conditions:
1. Returned to us within 7 days of delivery within Australia or 14 days of delivery outside of Australia; and
2. Returned in original condition (e.g. unworn, unwashed, still in original packaging including any paper and original tags attached); and
3. Return Authorisation Number (RA) has been obtained from customer service; and
4. Return is accompanied with original proof of purchase documentation.
5. Items must be shipped back within a post box of some sort, items CAN NOT be shipped in bags.
Any items returned outside the return periods listed above, or in a condition that indicates being worn or used in any way, will not be accepted for return.
DOUGH BOUTIQUE reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA), quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. Once your return or exchange has been approved by one of our friendly staff, you will receive your RA number.
You must then immediately send your return back to the address provided in the email
DOUGH BOUTIQUE do not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
Once received, your refund will be processed within 2-6 business days and funds will be returned to the Paypal account that was used for the original transaction.
If you wish to swap a size, we will organise this for you and process and dispatch your new size to you within 2-6 business days of receiving your return.
Please ensure you post back your return package using a traceable service (e.g. express post or registered post) as DOUGH BOUTIQUE will not be held liable for any lost packages. We strongly advise that you hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us!
DOUGH BOUTIQUE understands the importance of your privacy, and that you have a right to control how your personal information is collected and used. We also understand that supplying personal information is an act of trust and we take that seriously.

Personal information (e.g. email addresses or postal addresses) collected online will only be disclosed to us and is not shared, sold or traded with any other unrelated parties.
CAN I ACCESS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You may review, change or delete personal information held by DOUGH BOUTIQUE at any reasonable time. You may do this by logging into ‘my account’ or simply sending us an email at email@example.com If you have discovered and notified us that there is an error or information missing, we will endeavor to correct the information as soon as possible.
CAN I ‘OPT-OUT’ FROM DOUGH BOUTIQUE NOTIFICATIONS?
